Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Codeness (codeness.pro), operated by 8-order. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Codeness builds, signs and delivers apps from repositories you connect. Features and limits depend on your plan and may change; we will give notice of significant changes.
Your account and content
You are responsible for your account and for the code, credentials and files you provide. You keep all rights to them and grant us only the permissions needed to run the service. You must have the right to use any signing certificates and store accounts you connect.
Acceptable use
Do not use Codeness to build or distribute malware, to mine cryptocurrency, to attack other systems, to infringe others’ rights, or in ways that break the law or the terms of Apple, Google, GitHub or our providers. We may suspend accounts that do.
Paid plans
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that builds or store submissions will always succeed, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Codeness and delete your account at any time. We may end the service with reasonable notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.

本規約は、8-order が運営する Codeness（codeness.pro）の利用に適用されます。アカウントを作成した時点で本規約に同意したものとします。
サービス
Codeness は、接続したリポジトリからアプリをビルド・署名・配信します。機能と上限はプランにより異なり、変更されることがあります。重要な変更は事前にお知らせします。
アカウントとコンテンツ
アカウント、および提供するコード・認証情報・ファイルの管理は利用者の責任です。それらの権利は利用者に帰属し、当方はサービスの提供に必要な範囲でのみ利用します。接続する署名証明書やストアアカウントを使う権利を有している必要があります。
禁止事項
マルウェアの作成・配布、暗号資産のマイニング、他のシステムへの攻撃、第三者の権利侵害、法令や Apple・Google・GitHub・委託先の規約に反する利用を禁止します。違反した場合はアカウントを停止することがあります。
有料プラン
有料プランは Stripe を通じて前払いで請求され、解約するまで自動更新されます。いつでも解約でき、支払い済みの期間の終わりまで利用できます。法令で定める場合を除き、支払い済みの料金は返金しません。
免責
サービスは現状のまま提供されます。ビルドやストアへの提出が常に成功することは保証しません。法令で認められる範囲で、間接的・派生的な損害について責任を負わず、当方の責任の総額は請求前 3 か月間に支払われた料金を上限とします。
終了
利用者はいつでも利用をやめ、アカウントを削除できます。当方は相当の予告期間をおいてサービスを終了することがあります。
準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠し、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
